Hi there! I’m Tiffany Lebano. I am a Registered Nurse with a BSN from Johns Hopkins University with 10 years of experience in Pediatrics, NICU, as a birth doula and Mama of my 3 toddlers!
I have been where you are right now. Nervous, freaking out about what to expect, reading everything online and still not feeling fully prepared (and I’m a nurse, can you imagine!)
It should not be like this! That’s why I am committed to making parenthood easier by offering evidence-based education, teaching you practical skills and supporting you through this journey. I recognize that preparing for motherhood is one of your life’s most exciting (and stressful) times.
I want you to feel prepared AND supported – advocating for yourself throughout labor and delivery is challenging, taking care of a newborn is exhausting, nursing can be hard to learn and painful, physical recovery takes time, but I’ve seen first-hand that with the right support new moms can tackle all of this!
